How is the decision made by HubPages to not allow certain answers to remain in print?
What is the criteria for decided whether a comment is allowed to be printed, or pulled? I like to avoid being corrected, when possible, so I'd like to know the rules for this.
I had a question removed because they said it was to start a discussion, not short answers. The question was about the annular eclipse we had in May, really I just wanted an excuse to post the really cool picture I took of the shadows it made.
In another I put a link to one of my hubs, it was a question about other people's poor performing hubs with invitation to link to them, apparently this is not allowed. That question was never even published.
These are the only questions I've ever had disallowed. I'm sure there are other reasons for questions being disallowed or removed.
I asked a question about millennials (kids born after 1990) because I read an article that said that a large percentage of them do not believe in religion. I asked why people think that those numbers are so high. (I did not give my position or my religious affiliation or lack of one.)
I forgot the exact reasoning why it was removed, but it was along the lines of Sherry's answer.
