When we write articles can we mention specific businesses for products or service?

I am not looking to promote businesses, but sometimes it could add to the article.

Good question. And a very fine line between just mentioning a business and promoting one. I would think the way you phrase the sentence/paragraph that you mention the business in would have a lot to do with it. But, If they do think you are promoting a business, Even though you are not. They will flag your Hub.

I mention products that I use - if it fits into the hub. Same goes with business. Its all in the wording. Write what about what you love. It'll all work out.

Lynn: Thank you so much for a great reply.  I know we have to be careful and not sound commercial. I appreciate your answer.
