There are a lot of factors that can lead to your hubs being substandard.

The common one is the lack of content. Which means that your hub might contain words below 200 words (just my estimate).

It may also due to significant level of grammatical errors. Or, the formatting of your hub does not go well with what Hubpages deem as "okay". This includes, bolding every word, or making all texts in all caps.

Anyway, you may further identify your issue through the learning center, this is the link for your convenience:

Hope you'll be able to solve this issue. smile

I am not really sure, but I also think good content that can actually be of some use or some entertainment will go a long way already.

I would look into grammar issues as someone likely flagged them for something of this nature.  In order for HP to work well for all of us, hubs have to meet certain criteria.  For those with English as a second language, grammar and spelling are often the issue.  If that is not the case, check your formatting, word count, etc.  A good hub should have 400 words or more or it is considered lacking in content and sub-standard.

Are you using photos? If so, are they properly attributed? Are your capsules laid out in such a way that your hubs are easy for people to read?

You can reply to hubpages staff and ask them also perhaps why all of your hubs were rejected.  It will most likely be one of the above mentioned reasons.  Good luck and don't get discouraged! Just fix them up and republish.  chances are with some improvements, they are going to perform better for you anyway smile

Try this hub for image use. If it is just the images, you should be up and running shortly. http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/legal-image-use

Just guessing based on your one published hub a lot of it could be your grammar and spelling. I can appreciate how hard it must be for you with English be your second or third language depending on whether you speak a dialect or Tagalog only. My husband is from there and I know anyone speaking more than one language is already more advanced than most of us Americans. I suggest seeing if you have a friend or an Expat who can proof read WITH you and show you where the errors are. You will get better each time and make fewer mistakes. Good Luck!

Okay, you cannot use watermarked photos and you have to make sure you are citing your sources of photos that you ARE allowed to use, meaning the owner of the photo authorizes it, properly.  I will go look for the hub that helped me.
