Make it more down home -- bridge that gap between techies and marketers and drop silly language that folks have to learn in order to flourish.
Old story that is true. A pilot and co-pilot were both incapacitated. A corpsman took the helm. A specialized traffic control woman was brought in to guide the craft safely home. At one point dealing with the situation it was told to the impromptu pilot - depress the button indicating emergency landing procedures. It was unreadable and unlocatable by the presumptive pilot. Finally the Specialist yelled "Hit the blasted red button as hard as you can". folks need red and green buttons to navigate and pilot to writing success. Tell your techies to lighten up and tell your wordsmiths to use common language.
