Error when publishing

This is my very first time here.  I created a page tonight to try it out.  When I went to "publish" the message I receive in the lower left hand corner of the page reads "Error."

What is happening?  Do I need to do something further prior to publishing?

I think it's just an error, I'm sure it's been reported to the whoevers and will be working soon, make sure you save your hub (save unpublished) and you will not lose it, you can just publish it when they fix they error. Welcome to hubpages. What was your article on?

I am a college consultant, so I thought I would write something on the college application and research process.  Very easy read with helpful links.

That will go over great on here! Just be patient with the technical issue, as long as you haven't lost it you can publish it at anytime, it can also help your score... or so I hear.

This happens sometimes.  It has happened to me in the past.

There seems to be a systemic problem with publishing,

We're looking into the problem.  It appears to only affect Internet Explorer users, so if you have another browser handy you might try it (for instance Firefox, Chrome, or Opera).

I have only had it happen to me once and my boss' laptop--which is what I've been using for the past month or so--has Mozilla Firefox.
Maybe that's why it was no problem to publish THIS latest hub:
