88 Views in an hour?
Alright so the question is what happened to receive so many views in such a short time. Well frankly, I don't know. My "Account Settings" Is showing two red triangles and the 1 day traffic as 88. I went to the Hub to see what it said and it says 39 views, but isn't indicating more than 5 or 6 traffic sources. I then went to my "Traffic Sources" and the large traffic increase is also no appearing. Do I assume it is nothing more than a glitch in the system?
I have a large amount of traffic too, today. I am just thankful for it and hope it is not something wrong.
I'm pretty skeptical since all the "Traffic" is on one Hub. Especially since it is not even on the 1st page of Google yet. I'm currently up to 103 views. I checked to see if it was Hub of the Day and a variety of other things to explain it, but cant.
It's not a glitch, it's how the internet works. Someone posted it in the right place to catch traffic that day. I've had that happen where I got 1000+ views on one hub in a day but it only has 1280 in a 4 month span.
It can take 24-48 hours for all your statistics and reports to add up and give out all the information on sources, keywords etc.
Try Google Analytics for best in depth info on traffic.
Well, the very least I can say is count your blessings!
I've got just one such hub that was in deep slumber for the past couple of years, and now suddenly for the past fortnight or so it's been getting over a hundred views a day. Turns out it is a suggested hub on a very popular, recently published hub on losing weight in 3 days! The earnings(measly as they were) jumped a fair deal as well.
Now I only wonder how many hits THAT hub must be getting! No complaints though

I just checked my traffic sources page and this is what I saw:Anyone else seeing this? It's a bit unnerving lol all the numbers at the top are completely absurd and are negative.

I know! It happens often, but I have been riding a high for over a year now on my Articles. Over the past week though, I see dozens of the dreaded "down arrows".Can anyone tell me what is going on this time?

Why doesn't StumbleUpon show up in my Traffic Sources?I joined StumbleUpon yesterday and according to a few individual hubs I am getting views from there. The overview of Traffic Sources however doesn't show StumpleUpon as a source. So will it show up with time? They are grouping my views from...

Me personally I can't tell if it's google search that drives the traffic on HP or if it's the user's who contribute and their own fascination with hubs and the content they create themselves.. One user described this site as like the ring that that golem treasured.. It's like if you...
