    Why did I lose so much hubpages traffic?

    i used to get 5 - 10 views per day. this whole week, I got one. what's up with hubpages traffic?

    At the end of summer, especially close to Labor Day weekend, web traffic frequently drops as people put their energy into offline activities.  With the extremely low levels of traffic you were getting (you have a really small hub pool), losing some traffic can easily result in almost none. 

    You may have to wait until after Labor Day to see a return.

    It's been the opposite for me, my traffic has actually gone up. So I'm not sure if you're problem is indictive of Hubpages as a whole. If it's as relache says then that wouldn't really explain why some people's traffic is the same or higher. Maybe people just haven't searched for your topics as much this week? Or, more likely, you've been pushed down the search rankings by something else.

    Make sure you advertise on your social networks and engage other hubbers.
