How is initial hub score determined?
Why do some articles have higher and some lower score when you just publish them?
This is done purely by random. Your hubscore will be something between 45 and 55. This doesn't mean that your qualitiy was initially good or bad. It's just a random hubscore at the beginning.
I agree with the comment before. I've found that they are randomly done in that range to start but once they have about 2 or 3 cycles they will start moving up faster depending on views.
