    Photobucket is royalty free. It plainly says so on the site. Just copy the pics. and paste onto HubPages.

      Photobucket is not royalty free. It may say so but people take pictures from everywhere and most of the time they don't have the right to.

    I use morguefile.com and freephoto.biz, and personal photos--they are royalty free but I always do a "photo courtesy of...' statement as I am grateful for the use of it.

    First site I go to is stockvault.net.  Next I go to photoxpress.com.  With photoxpress I think you get like 10 free photos per month.  I don't use enough to need more than that so it's perfect for me.  Other than that you can take your own photos which is always a good idea or you can check wikipedia and wikimedia for photos.
