Can I Delete a Hub and publish it somewhere else?
Will I lose my 'Hub views' if I do so?
Yes, you will lose any traffic that was going to that hub. But if your hub isn't doing very well and you would rather it be on your own site or somewhere else, then unpublish it and have the search engines crawl your hubs, then you can do whatever you want with it.
Your other hubs shouldn't be affected very much.
Yes, as iternpete has already mentioned you will lose all views of that particular Hub. But, why delete it? It is not against HubPages rules to publish your Hub to another site. Take a look at this:

One of my hubs has duplicate written underneath it. I contacted hubpages saying it should be unique. Will they check it out, and if it is just a conflict of popular terminology remove the duplicate marker. Or will I have to change the content
