Editing a Hub: any advantages of un-publishing/republishing over just editing?
I am looking for advice on the relative merits of un-publishing/editing/republishing vs. just editing an existing Hub. I am by nature unable to leave things alone.
I'd urge you to be careful here. I would edit rather than re-publish. As far as I know it may not be possible to simply unpublish and then republish. But I can not claim to be an expert on this area.
If it is the case that you hub needs updating you could try publishing an up to date version of the hub and then group the old hub with the new hub by clicking on edit and then looking in the right hand column to group.
Or simply edit. I read somewhere several days ago that it may not be possible to re=publish a hub once you have unpublished it.
I would stick to editing a hub rather then un-publishing it, and then republishing it.

I am new to HubPages and have just recently published my first hub. I keep going back and editing it to make it better. Should I keep doing this after having it published? Any advice?

I noticed that several of my hubs were showing the half-darkened circle which means un-featured for traffic, so, natuarally, I went and made some improvements, only to find that then the circle became complely blank,...
