Why aren't my summaries showing up on google?
i go to check my page on the google list and my summaries are something different to what I wrote down, how come?
Google's algorithm decides whether to show the summary text or the first several lines of your opening paragraph. If you want to force it to show your summary instead, I find that making the summary longer helps.
Google bases what it shows users on that user's intent and actual search query. There is a chance that your summary will be shown for some searches, but not for others.

1. Summary which is actually Meta Description of your Hub. It should serve as advertising cope of your page and should be written to entice users to click on the
2. First 160 -165 Characters (including spaces) from content on your page
Depending upon the user query Google search may either show your page summary or what the Search Engine themselves consider relevant to User's search query. What search engine extract they normally pull keywords and phrase surrounding the key words.
