What is a Referral traffic? I mean does it do? Little bit curious.
I recently explored all the things that I can click on my account then I saw this one.
Just go the My Profile page in the black footer you will find link to this page. This link is HubPages referral tracker. Just copy the link and put it somewhere on your blog or signature to your gmail or email. Alternatively you can copy the HTML code and put it as a clickable link on any blog or site. If any new member joins the HP by following the link and gets his profile verified through email verification then you will get earning via referral tracker. You can also send the link to your friends circles also via social networking, email ,Google+ and Facebook. I think it will do.
thank you so much. your a great help on my process of learning all up here. By the way I have a friend who joined HP a week ago by means of my link but theres no earnings yet.

I wasn't truly money oriented type of person I am just so curious about things here. anyway thank you again so much
You'll earn from the referral system only if newly created accounts through your referral link create hubs of their own and earn. That's how I understand it or maybe I missed a few details. I currently have thousands of traffic from my referral link but only three led to account creation and none of them made any hub so it's less likely that the program contributed to my earnings yet.
Pretty obvious you're asking about the referral TRACKER not referral TRAFFIC.
Referral traffic though, is simply traffic from another site due to a backlink there.
