   Adsense declined due to insufficient content..?
   
   Does this mean I got to increase all my hubs to over a 1000 words (all are above 800 if I'm not mistaken, and a couple over a 1000) or do I have to publish a couple of more hubs or both?

   I got accepted by adsense after writing 3 hubs:
   
   Hub 1) 900 words
   Hub 2) 1300 words
   Hub 3) 1300 words

   Adsense can be a pain sometimes.  They ban people for no reason, approve people for no reason, and reject people for no reason.  They are really picky with type of content as well.  With so many people moving into the online business world, advertisements through Google are going through their own form of inflation.  Google can make a lot more from a large company like Forbes than they can through a blogger or hubber.  This is why it is becoming increasingly difficult for people to get approved by Adsense!

   Hi Paiva25, I did a little research on your profile and found out that your are Indian i.e. Non US citizen, which is same for me too. Your profile should be up for atleast 6 months before your application gets approved, as per Adsense Terms, where your profile is only 7weeks old. So try after atleast 25weeks. By the time keep posting and make sure you have atleast 500+ words in your each article. Don't worry, I had to go through the same. Be patient, your account will get accepted once their basic requirements match, in your case the time period.
