Try to come up with ideas and inspiration by reading books, watching movies, listening to music and even reading other people's hubs, blogs and other websites. You can find inspiration and ideas practically everywhere.

Think of a new spin you can put to things. Write about what you know and even what you want to know more about. If it's about something you enjoy or wouldn't mind researching on, then it wouldn't feel like a chore to you and you'll have fun writing about the topic.

I also think that just trying to write each and every day would help fight writer's block. Just keep writing even if you have nothing to write about or no idea what to write about. Let your thoughts run across the paper. Hope this helps.
