Why am I not making money from Google Adsense but I'm making money from Hubpages

    Why am I not making money from Google Adsense but I'm making money from Hubpages?

    I'm earning money from the Hubpages program, but I haven't earned anything through Google Adsense. Is this normal? Does this mean that only Hubpages is showing ads on my hubs?

    This is because you must have activated Hubpages earning prog. If you do you get only 1 ad impression and that too right lower , which is never going to get a click.

      wow, so I have to choose either hubpages program to make money or adsense? which one is better?

    HPs ad program requires you to have a google adsense account but only as a technecality. What they do is calculate your total hub views then decide how much money to pay you out of the millions of page views they get for the whole site. Your personal adsense account can only earn money for you if you have it on your own personal website.

    Yes this is normal. Hubpages will show an ad from Google on your hub, but that's it if you're earning from the Hubpages Earning Program. I've earned a few dollars from Google Adsense, but that has been from my personal blog, and not here on Hubpages.
