Does the payee name have to be 18 years of age like in Google Adsense? I tried to find out, but I can't find the information anywhere...
Thanks in advance.
My nephew wants to sign up, and I'm not sure If he has to put his guardian's name as a payee name like in adsense or not.
If I'm not mistaking he can not enter into a contract under the age of 18.
Under conditions of use, Amazon states... "If you are under 18, you may use Amazon.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Amazon reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion."
So, yeah, I'd say he needs a gaurdian
