You can't earn anything here without a Google AdSense account.  Soooo... if your application was denied, I guess you're S.O.L.

If your application to AdSense was rejected, you can try applying again after you fix whatever problem Google said when they sent the rejection e-mail. For example, if you got rejected because of insufficient content, then you should write and publish many more hubs before trying to apply to AdSense again.

Just like FatFreddysCat said, you can't earn via the HubPages ad program if you don't have an AdSense account. However, if you signed up for an Amazon affiliates account, then you can earn via Amazon.

Thanks for the answer but in IB you earn at least 3 cents or more when you write an article.

You can't earn money unless you're signed up to earn money. You need to write more hubs and apply again. 20-30 would be a good figure.

Don't stress about the money. You only get $5 or so per 1,000 views, until you learn to optimise and promote more.

THanks. I read a recent article here on how to get approval for google adsense. Some commentators mentioned that they got approval after writing 10 hubs.

It depends on your country, the quality of your articles and how long you've been writing.

You have no need to apply for adsense and getting rejected by google.

    1.make a new gmail account.
2.Go to youtube and register with new gmail account.
3.Upload about 4-5 videos each of 20MB and at lest 5 minutes in length.
4.View these videos yourself and make about 10-20 views yourself.
5.Apply for adsense throw your Youtube account.
6.After two hours you will be accepted in adsense program.
7.Now monetize your hubpages with this adsense account.

    Enjoy............

      Happy new month,
Thanks for anwering my question. I'll go for the tips you provided.
The question is, do you think Google will  find out it's my account if I sign up using the same name for another gmail account?
      I appreciate your assistance,

It is not matter. You are allowed to use same name for another gmail account.
      Fill all information correctly.
If google find out that this is your email account they will not suspend you.
