First of all make sure it is over at least 500-600 words. Pictures, a poll, good spelling and punctuation. Make sure your ads that you choose match your topic. Hope this helps.

Did you do keyword research and use good subtitles? Is your hub long enough, properly spelled with good grammar? If it was not featured due to quality it means that you need to put more effort into making it better.  Use videos, tables or other capsules that help improve readability.  Ensure it's truly original ideas and not information that is easily found elsewhere - add some personal tales or spin to it.

I think a really high-quality photo is important, with nice bright colors. I poor quality photo will keep your hub from being published--like if it's pixelated. I think all the rest of it is just good spelling and grammar and stuff. I have never tried quizzes or polls. I love cruising around looking for a good public domain picture!

Watch your capitalization.  I noticed an error like this even in your question here.  It is very important to use good grammar and spelling if you want your hub to be featured.

QUOTE: "Hey eveyone, do you have any ideas on How can I get a hub that never was featured do to quality."

When I read your question, I thought, "Oh my, you better improve your English!" I think there are several mistakes in that one sentence alone: "Hey eveRyone, do you have any idea(s) as to how I can get an unfeatured hub, DUE to quality issues, featured?"

Improve your English first. I think that is the most basic.
