Which ranks better in Google, a blog (powered by Blogger) or a hub?

Hubpages is strictly monitoring the quality of hubs published by hubbers from different parts of the world. A hub will become unfeatured whenever it violates their rules and standards. This is a way of ensuring quality content on HP. On the other hand, Blogger does not have this kind of monitoring with their blogs, in fact, bloggers are free to write whatever they want without Blogger moderating their contents.
Now, is Google recognizing the efforts of Hubpages, by giving the hubs higher ranks in search results? What do you think?

You would think HubPages might have a worse rank because Google owns Blogger. Honestly, I wasn't sure so I looked up this link: http://isucces.blogspot.com/2012/11/hub … t-way.html

No problem. I wish it was more fair than it is now. People from Blogger could write horribly and still get better traffic than some of our best upcoming writers.
