Have you noticed your Hubpages income dropping through the floor lately?
Yeah, My last month earnings are 20% lesser than that of the previous month. I really hope that my traffic and earnings come up again.
Yes! Nearly half some days. Just in the past few months or so. Views are down about half, too. Hubs that used to always get 100 views per day are getting maybe 1/4th of that. Maybe a few more on a good day. What has happened? Another Google update? Is it because it's summertime and people are out doing other things besides reading online?
I am guessing a bit of both, certainly seasonality plays a part, but I have to say my views and income are at a record low since the original Panda hit and subsequent recovery (at least in my experience). Mine have got much worse in recent weeks.
Paul Edmonson just said about a week ago that Google had a new algorithm update on the week of the 4th of July which is this week.
Thanks, susi. I wonder what's the deal with all the updates. My traffic was already bad before this week, but it is worse. I'm making half what I was. One day it was just 1/3rd of what I used to make per day. I hope it gets better soon.
I am moving almost all my hubs to my blogs. Last one was the clincher. It was fine with all the ads. I unpublished it and then re-published it and it was a featured hub then I got a not from HP that my ads do not match my hub. BS!!!!! So I unpublished it and put it on my health blog and deleted it. I will have it published in the next few weeks on my blog. I love the friends that I made here, but this is way too ridiculous.

Have you noticed an increase of "fake questions" on Hubpages lately? One example is "How do I get my ex back?" and then you see it's attached to a hub titled "A guide for getting your ex back." LOL. At any rate the asker of fake questions never votes up any responses....

Things seem to be odd lately with Google, not sure if others are noticing it as well. One thing I noticed the other day when searching some keywords is that there were several spam websites oddly ranking on page 3 of Google among other reputable, well-known websites. Very odd. Also, why...

Have you noticed any random acts of kindness lately?I saw some coupons on a grocery store shelf and I thought, Wow, how nice is that?" Someone left them there and now I can use them. Have you done something like this or seen something like this?
