i had read in terms and conditions that if the account is from India then it should have around 15 featured hubs and the account should be 6 months old minimum, then only the huber is eligible to open AdSense account after which HP will start calculating daily earning.
HubPages daily earnings appear as soon as a Hubber has daily earnings. Every new Hubber should make sure that he is signed up properly with AdSense, Amazon and eBay.
