Unless you have already set up a Google Adsense account, you won't be able to apply for one until you have 10 -15 featured articles. You can only earn from the HP ads program if you have Adsense linked to your HP account.

More information at the Learning Center, Click on Help, top right to navigate there.

It will take manimum 3-4 months. So it is going to be boring and lenghty process.
    Anyhow, thanks you

Why boring? If you are writing about what you want, and what you think people should read, then it should definitely not be boring.
If it is, maybe you should examine why you are writing.

Your question was, "i have three featured article but i have zero earning report. Could someone help me what is happening?"

Then when you were told that you need more articles, you say it will be a boring process.

Then you said you are not interested in earning money and are here to 'explore my knowledge and experience'.

I am confused. If you are not here to earn money, then it doesn't matter how many articles you write. You can just write and publish when you want to.

You are right indeed. I did not mean it. I am a student and i am not here to make money. But still i need a little bit financial help to continue. Tjat's why i called it a boring and lengthy.

If you have other older websites, it might be easier to use them to get Adsense.

In that case, there's no requirement for the 15 articles - that's only if you don't have Adsense yet. Why didn't you say you already had an account?

To see any earnings, you need views. You've only got 4 articles and none of them are on the network sites, so your traffic is going to be too low to make any money. I didn't get a payout until I had about 35 articles. Once that happened, it became a lot easier.

Your articles have to be well written so that they are moved from HubPages.com to the associated sites. Your main problem is that your English is not up to the level required. For example, this is one of your titles, "The Story of Pakistan in War on Terrorr" It should be, "The Story of Pakistan in the War on Terror". You've also put it into the category of United States Politics. That's not where it should be.

Work on your English and learn about using the definite article properly; you are missing 'the' in many sentences.

It's going to be hard for you if you find writing boring, and also because you have to improve your English as you go. You have to decide if it's worth all the hours of work ahead.

You can't have your earning reports because it requires a google adsense account which is not available to our country's people. Secondly, hubpages is a highly professional site. You need to read out how to write the articles guide lines page to first understand the standards of writing at this plat form. If you want to earn here then sorry it's not possible for our region's writers to earn here until we have a paypal. Lastly, I would agree with theraggededge here your English is not up to the required standards of hubpages. There are lots of grammatical particularly prespositional mistakes in your writing. This makes it difficult if you can have your articles featured even. Alot of spaces between the words in your sentences have been observed too on my part. So please go through all the guidelines first on writing articles here at this platform. Work hard! Proof read your articles before submission.
