Who and how do I let Hub know when one of my Hubs was spammed with a come on?
Hmmm. What do you mean by a "come on"? If it's just regular spam (not an onslaught), I don't think you need to report it. I think you're just supposed to hit "delete forever."
SPAM is a fact of life on HubPages and on the Internet in general. Don't get worked up about it. Just ignore, delete and destroy.
If it was a registered user, you can report them to HubPages. If the weren't, well, there isn't much you can do. I'm sorry.
