How many hubs must I have before I can begin focusing on increasing traffic?
You can focus on attracting traffic immediately. If you have a Hub that answers an interesting question that is not in an overly saturated niche, it is possible to get quite a bit of traffic immediately. It is also possible to get traffic through social media promotion if you have many followers.
