Really, what is this? What is with the feature thing?
Seriously, this whole hubpages thing where they wont publish your hub if it doesn't meet the standards of educational hubs, well where are the standards for creative hubs, and can we get a seperate section for them if this is what is going to be happening, I dont see poems getting unpublished for the same reason, so why should my long form ones be punished?
Unfortunately, poems do get punished this way. At one point, well over half of my 150 or so poems were "not featured". Mostly due to "insufficient engagement" not for be substandard quality. I went through the task of splitting some poems into two text capsules and adding a second image. Suddenly, they had sufficient engagement and were featured again! I thought this really silly so I just gave up.
There are some standards for creative writing hubs published on the HubPages blog. I'm sure you can find them if you look there. Not that they were particularly helpful, at least to me.

Poems are a good example. They're not helping the subdomain, but they've become such pets, that the hubber still wants to keep them around on the profile page.

I really don't have a problem changing things so that they "comply" with the current standards. I just really need to know what the standards ARE? I just got notification that two of my hubs have been "unfeatured." One of them has only one link outside of...

Hey, how's this for a suggestion? For those of you that have been on the forums for a while, may be aware how "crappy" it can become, especially in the Religion forum. None of us really have a chance to really interact civilly, without various ones derailing every topic ever posted. So, how...
