I noticed my hub score is decreasing. Please what can be the solution.
I would suggest removing the clickbank affiliate links - hubpages tends to frown on poor quality links like that and reduce your score accordingly. One or two per 2,000 words is probably OK.
Having a quick browse through your hub portfolio and singling out the 7 hubs you have on "Satellite Tv for Pc" and I notice that the articles are short, far too similar to each other and almost all of them have links to the same site.
I think this may be a contributing factor to your low HubScore.
I would say your need longer pages with more content and different links..

i am getting good traffic to my hubs ,but my hubscore is decreasing rapidly.see the image ,that's the prrof that , those who remain active on hubpages ,their score decreases rapidly.
