What are 2 tips you would give to new Hubbers to help them succeed on HubPages?
The number one rule should be HAVE FUN! Even a serious writer can't take everything so seriously all the time.
Tip two is not be afraid to ask for help if you don't understand something. Utilize the forums and "answers" section. Most of the other writers here are willing to help the new people.
1) Practice everyday to do your best
2) Don't worry about hub scores or earnings.
The only stupid question is the one not asked. Never be afraid to ask if you do not understand something on Hubpages.
The other is do proofread your article before submitting it. I have seen some wonderful articles on Hubpages, which could have been better without the spelling, grammatical, and punctuation errors they contained.
OK, here are my two tips:
1. Write about things that you enjoy and are passionate about. HP allows you to choose your own topics so don't struggle with subjects you know little about or have no interest in!!
2. Don't give up if your hubs are not successful at first - persevere - if you follow the guidelines and write evergreen hubs - or at least a mix of long and short hubs - you should enjoy some rewards, both social and financial!
