Scheduled Maintenance Warning

    Do you think it would be possible to let us know when Scheduled Maintenance is going to happen. So we won't be in the middle of working on a hub when the site stops working. Or so we could plan our work schedule?

    I completely understand when emergency work happens with no warning, but a heads-up on Scheduled Maintenance would be appreciated.

    It seems to happen a lot lately.  Makes me wonder if it's really maintenance (vs "repair") and whether it was really scheduled.

    A maintenance scheduled from the IT Team needs to be escalated to Customer Support Team; so they can warn customers which day and at what time would it be, and also a decent turn-around time for it.

    I'm not a worrier, but is this an emerging meltdown?  I want this to work, but it isn't working right now.
