What are the respective purposes of a question and a forum on hubpages.com ?
The way I would describe it is the Q&A section is to get quick answers and the forums are the place to have back and forth discussions.
I answer that one in-depth here -- basically, "answers" was originally to inspire hubs, while the forums are for discussion. Sorry about the old format, I'm still working through my massive list of needed edits
