If you're going to your old hubs and you are not happy with the scores because they are getting down there, then editing them, adding content , checking each capsule, yes it can bring your hub score up I've been working on mine for three days actually
It does but more effective way to increase the score is grab more traffic for that hub. Tweaking contents and removing any backlinks within your hub will raise the score for you!!
I believe they do. For example, I had some unfeatured hubs because of word count and went back to make them longer. Not only did they become featured, the score did go up. The one thing I did was set up a challenge in the forum section and whenever I edited a hub, I made it known in the forum.

It is advantageous to delete one's own low scoring hubs that have little traffic. I figure getting rid of the low score would increase the average of the rest of one's hubs.What do you think?
