How do you induce traffic to your hub besides social networking?
I try to find a forum on the net with the same topic and sign up for it. Make a few posts first and then start a thread focusing on your article. That will get some people looking at it
I use the best keywords that I can in the title and summary. Then I write the content as well as I can - with photos, video(s), etc.
Just like with selling a product you've got to market it. In this case your product is your article.
If you don't put it out there for people to have better access to (tweeting it, Facebook, google + etc) you're at the mercy of hoping people stumble upon it. Join forums and put the link of a hub in your signature. People will click on it.
You can include anchor text into your hub articles to help increase traffic. The anchor text are links to other useful websites that pertain to your article's topic, and the anchor text can also be other related links of your own websites as well.

Just wondering if it is spamming to submit your hubs to the same social networking sites more than once? For example, if you wait a week or so between and you are trying to get your hub more traffic can you submit it again to Twitter or Facebook? Or is this a bad idea. Also if so then how long...
