Is there any benefit in upgrading an old hub to featured one?
It depends on the topic, i.e., if it's still relevant and evergreen. If it's about something searchers will always need, no matter the season or time, it is worth updating by adding more text (increase word count) adding more jewelries (poll, video, etc.), rearranging the format, and cleaning up typos and grammar. You never know how much better it might do until you get it featured again. But the experienced vets will tell you to put more energy into creating fresh content, i.e., new hubs.
Thank you janshares. I wish to make all my hubs of good quality. So I concentrate on my old hubs at present. As you told it may be useless, but getting all old hubs featured is really a challenge. Let me to take that challenge even if it is worthless
