Does the SEO on a hub only come from the title?

It says that the title is really important, and I have seen others commenting on their titles, saying how traffic can go up if the title is improved. But I understood that Google can pick up SEO phrases from the body of the text? Have I got this wrong or is Hub Pages different?

google reads your title and description first... so make sure your title and description covers the keywords. getting the body in google's system takes longer.

I consider my title 75% of my SEO.

However Google reads EVERY word in your hub, so using good subtitles, URLs, image captions etc are all important too.

does someone know if picture name and/or alt-tag of the picture is also affecting a SEO Hub?
I'm new and not to sure those things can be set in a Hub, but if they can get set I'm sure they are very important in SEO terms as they are in traditional sites.

Does anyone have experienced how pictures in Hubs behavior in terms of SEO?
