If your Hub is unfeatured but someone has copied it, does that help the thieves?
What I mean is since it's unfeatured, will it look like the copied article is the original?
Your article has probably been unfeatured because there are copies of it posted. Find the hosting company of the site that copied your article, and file a DMCA complaint to get the copy removed.
When a hub is unfeatured, it is invisible to Google, so it is possible that the plagiarized copy will perform better. Therefore it's important that you fix it quickly and bring it up to standards so it gets featured again. When you go into edit mode, check the goals suggested in the top right corner and do your best to follow them.
