Can someone explain the rating system to me?
I see scores for my Hubs and for myself, but they almost seem like arbitrary numbers given the way they fluctuate on a daily basis.

In my latest hub regarding the top 10 anime openings <snipped link> I felt the need to add a 5-star rating system to help the viewers undestand why a particular opening scored better than the others...Sadly...

Often, we'll be reading Hubs to find a specific answer or solution to something in our lives. And often, we'll get to the end and be "too busy" to rate it. This is understandable; I do it...
