Do we have to deal with phishy-sounding copyright issues?

Pretty much all of the websites that have copied my webpages appear like sites that might be phishing for info rather than legitimate webpages.  I really don't want to send my personal info to a site that has 800 domain names (like "mypmsissues") and is located in the Bahamas.  I know I can also go through google.  How imperative is it that I actually try to get these scam pages to remove my copied pages, or is it something that I can ignore for a while so that I can finish bringing my last 100 squidoo lenses into compliance with hubpages?  Thank you for any help or advice!
