Do you change the titles of your hubs for the holidays?

What I mean is if you have for example a regular old recipe hub, do you change the title to include upcoming holiday words like Christmas in order to attract more viewers?

This is an EXCELLENT question.  I hope someone with answer this.  I had a hub that I put a "Thanksgiving..." twist to, but it's really more of a coming of age piece.  Now I don't know if I should title it to what it really is.  Thanks for asking this. I'd like to know as well.  Hopefully someone will write a long hub on this.

I agree. I think it could be useful but I wonder how others go about using this idea to attract readers! smile

Yes I used to change the title to include whatever the up and coming holiday was when I was on Squidoo, I haven't done it since I was transferred to HubPages.
I don't see any harm in doing it.
When there's no holidays I just use " Special Occasion Recipes".
Usually check the wordings throughout the article and change it if needed.
It's only the title you are changing you can never change the url.
It's the title that counts for key words when someone is searching.

I'm still learning SEO but I thought users or google I guess also had to see keywords in a certain percentage of your hub and description ?

Does it take long to do that? Do you see a payoff in terms of viewers during the holidays? Thanks!
