How much time it takes for Hubs to be published?
I wrote a couple of Hubs 2 days ago and still no news... Doesn't it take just 24 hours?
In my experience, it takes about 48 hours. The reviewers have to check for a lot of things such as plagarism, accuracy, etc. I've published four hubs recently and each has taken about 48 hours to be featured.

I already 2 hubs now but the first one I created last night are not still published, my question is how ling does it take to review and publish a hub?

The Googlebot visits new hubs within 30-60 minutes while they are in 'Pending' mode and the NOINDEX tag is in place for 24 Hours. This means that the bot does not index the page, and does not return for days or weeks....
