Is HubPages okay with me writing about subjects that don't specifically need to be informative?
I write creatively, and in most of my writing, I write about things that I notice in the world. For example: I once wrote a short story on an old man who slept on a corner of two streets near my neighborhood, the man was homeless. It wasn't written to help anyone learn about anything, other than the story of this old man.
Creative writing is always welcome on HubPages. I adore creative writing and look forward to reading some of your work.
it doesn't matter. You can write something about your favorite hobbies, doesn't have to be health related or money related. Just write freely
As long as it follows their terms of service, you can write about anything you want. Though creative writing doesn't get as much traffic, so you might have to update them more often in order to keep them featured (and visible to search engines).

I'm wondering if creative writing - poetry and personal narratives - is appropriate content for a hub?

Do you specialize in one subject on HubPages or try to cover many subjects? When coming up with topics for Hubs, do you mostly stick to the same subject, or do you touch on a wide variety of different subjects?
