What (non monetary) benefits have you received from being on HP?
I'm learning a better seo style of writing; loving the capsules
Honestly, it's been a nice outlet to practice and keep up descriptive writing skills. I write book reviews, so I've met people with simmilar reading intrests who recommend books I never would have picked up before. I've also been told that I've influenced other peoples to-read list, wich is allways great to hear! Meeting a community of simmilar minded readers, for sure.
If one wants to become an excellent writer/author one must contemplate, read, write, and re-write. Hub Pages provides all of this... There is no need for "financial peanuts" to provide incentive/drive to become accomplished...
I think this is a very welcoming and friendly writing community. My experience so far has been very positive and I enjoy the interaction with other writers on my work and theirs. I also feel I am learning a great deal about writing in general, different styles and different approaches and I enjoy that sense of progression.

My latest 3 hubs have received no comments at all?I usually post very late into the evening and early morning hours. Could that result in a lack of feedback? I seem to get many views, just no comments. It's hard not to take it personal. I enjoy the feedback and don't mind...

Have you noticed that the high earners on HubPages appear to follow very few writers themselves?Could it be said then, that it is more important to have a following than it is to follow back other writers and Are we spending too much time commenting at the cost of writing new content?

What does it take to get feedback or comments on your hub?Does a hub have to be controversial, helpful, entertaining or just something that catches a person's attention? Is it more of a social thing? I read yours so you will read mine kinda of thing?
