I have taken time to go through some top hubbers' hubs,and i observed something that worried me.It is this:most comments posted on most hubs,were made by hubpages members alone,i don't seem to see plenty of comments comments coming in from outside world,i mean,just guests who are not hubpages...

The new "rules" and Google issues raise a question. If I want to review a Top 10 or similar list of records, movies or essential kitchen items, when does it become overly promotional? I would have a paragraph about each item with overall intro and closing paragraphs. It would be logical...

I am wondering why some comments have the person leaving the comments name in black? I assume they block their name from being clicked on? How does one do that and can you find them on hubpages?
