If you have the link of where your hub was posted in the other site send it to the HP team along with your hub link. Yours should have an earlier date posted than  the one which was copied.
Inform HP that you will be sending the website/author of the other site a DMCA complaint. They should restore your hub based upon the difference in published dates.
Write to the contact/support or whomever on the offending website  In the subject line write:  DMCA complaint
    To Whom It May Concern
On such and such date I wrote an article and posted it on HubPages see the following link. It was brought to my attention that blah blah has posted it on your website see the following link
"I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please remove the following from your website as soon as possible!"
You may want to BCC team@hubpages.com the letter you email.

Oh, I didn't see this warning...

"Please do not contact us to say that this is your original content that is published on another site. However, if you believe that this content should not appear anywhere else on the Internet, please contact us. Include the URL or title of this Hub in your message."

So this basically means, they don't care and I should let it go, so unfair  hmm

"However, if you believe that this content should not appear anywhere else on the Internet, {please contact us}. Include the URL or title of this Hub in your message." - Contact them!
They don't want (you) duplicating your work on other sites.

Yea, I'm writting to HP team at the moment, because I found the page that stole my content is completly made of stolen content (http://rewittyfeed.com/)  and Im sure the guy has a hubpages account, so I don't want to get robbed again, Thank you.
