Even the SAT has a base score of 200, even if you don't answer the questions! smile

I'm assuming they probably interact in some way by answering questions, posting questions, commenting on hubs, hub hopping, or commenting in the forums.

Well, I am one of them: Hub article yet, commenting and answering so far, following many and having followers too... A score might not be accurate, and who knows how it works properly...

My suggestion is not to take score as serious valuation who you are according to the numbers; Your life is more then HP scoring and your contentment is in what you know  you are doing your best, making yourself happy while sharing the joy of living

I think a new Hubber starts off at 50, and your answers, comments and other activity on HubPages must have raised your score.
