How do I group my hubs? Am I supposed to attach them to an existing hub? Or make my own?
I am wondering if I am supposed to come up with an umbrella title for each style of writing I may do...poetry, essays, short stories, etc. and attach my name to them...such as Poetry by annasmom...and then put all poetry under that? Or? Can I leave them as orphans and does that affect traffic negatively?
There is a grouping feature discovered firstly at the 'My Account Page' with a link there 'Groups'. There one can create groups. That is important for your profile.
At your profile is a feature named 'Show (All)' where the viewer my look at all the possible groups. The other is when grouped that affects the 'More in this Series' Hubs. That is found at the bottom of the Hub. Those are the first being the grouped Hub found before the viewed Hub and the next Hub following.
The Hub Group may be selected at the Hub Tool too at 'Display Options' at the right. That can be done at Hub creation or Edit Mode. Bear in mind if one does not have different groups then the only selection possible is 'All'. Importantly if there is only one or two Hubs in a group then that affects what is displayed at the 'More in this Series' at a particular Hub. For instance if only one Hub, then there will not be any others to recommend.

I don't know if this would be programmatically possible for you guys, but it would be REALLY nice to be able to put hubs in more than one group. For example, I might like to put my "Gift Ideas for Pirates" hub in the following groups:Funny HubsGift IdeasPirate HubsIt's just a quick...

I have seen a few mentions of putting our articles into groups but when I went to put in a heading I found myself stopping because I wasn't sure what to put there. Do we go broad categories ie: foodie:healthOr use keywords for each group title.ie: food: recipes, cooking, preserving Or niche...

I established Groups and moved my existing (completed) hubs into appropriate groups. I understand that some of my hubs will show at the bottom of the screen for a hub from the same group. However, I believe that categorizing hubs into groups with the same or similar theme/overall topic ON THE...

Hi everyone! Today we released an update to the Hub Groups interface in My Account. The new interface closely matches the About the Author UI and should be familiar to many of you. Please note that we did not make any functional changes to Hub Groups (such as integrating it with About the Author)...

On my newest hub, I notice there are no Next/Last hubs being shown at the bottom of my newest hubs. These are the hubs that are in the same "group" as the published hub. I'm not sure why they're missing? The group is definitely assigned to the hub...weird. Anyone else noticed this?
