How to activate Affiliate Code for Ad Program & Amazon Program under HubPages Earnings Program ?
I have Google AdSense Code and External Amazon code which are showing active. But under HubPages Earnings Program Settings, Affiliate Code for Ad Program & Amazon program are inactive. May I know, how to use Ad Program code and get Amazon code?
