Can I change the url of an article if I've made a mistake in the spelling or for some other reason?
No. There is not a method to do that other than delete and publish again to my knowledge.
As Tim said..unfortunately not, without deleting the hub and starting again.

I've noticed that Hubpages doesn't update the Url to my articles after I've made a title change. Does this cause problems with google or search results or possibly lower ranking because title and url don't match?

I just published a new article called "Interesting Guns in Gaming". Unfortunately, the web address for this article used the original name of the article "Top Three Guns in Gaming". Do I have to do something before publishing?

I'm sure you folks are too smart to do this, but I just did! I misspelled the word "depression" in my latest Hub! Taught me a good lession: go slower. Now it's there and there is nothing I can do about the URL. I did edit the title to correct.
