is it good way to do link building for more traffic for your own hub?

Do not post on every social bookmarking site you see. Post on a single social bookmarking site, That does good benefit.
The conventional wisdom is that only Google search traffic is really worth having for adsense income. On the other hand traffic from anywhere will help your site in Google rankings so go for what you can get.
I'll be honest I never do back links. Hubs have high authority in Google anyway and if the page is good enough it should beat everything but really top blogs and sites with very high page rank.
