How do you modify a question that was submitted for publication too soon?
Given the number of vague questions and half sentences posted, I don't think it is possible.
I think you can edit the question. Open your question and click the edit button (just like you do when you want to edit a published hub). Then your question will open up in the edit mode. You modify the question and then click the save edit button. It will get edited immediately.
I'm not seeing an edit button when I open my question.
The button is not below your question. It is on the menubar at the top of the page just like for editing the hubs.
I'm not seeing an edit button over my question. I see 'stats', 'delete', 'enable ads', and 'close question'.
Did you already receive some reply to your question? If yes, then it can't be edited. That is why edit button is not visible to you.

Once a Hub Has Been Submitted for Publication, How Long Will it Take to Be Approved?I'm still waiting and I published this Hub 5 days ago. I've corrected the tags, links, and took off all the anchor text except one.

Is there a way to edit an answer once it has already been submitted? If not, do you think there should be an option to edit and answer on hubpages once it has already been submitted? There's nothing more embarrassing than realizing that one has made grammatical or spelling errors after one has...

I spent two days writing a hub and, apparently, it's a duplicate? Is this a bug? I hadn't copy and pasted anything but quotes from other articles (which I thought I properly cited). Were they to blame? Just a little peeved that I put all this work in for Hubpages to tell me I'm copying someone...
