I don't have a 'hub'...I just posted once...And I want to delete it now...
I don't like this site's 'set-up'...Because it's just too confusing...It should be simple and user friendly to go back and delete a post...
There are no 'delete' post settings that I can see anywhere...Maybe, I just missed them - but I sure looked all over the page...
At the bottom of each posting you are allowed to delete your post for a certain amount of time. If you posted a comment to a hub, you can edit it within 5 minutes but you can't delete it.
Serpentine, it's normal on many sites that you can't delete your forum posts. It will get buried very soon as newer threads are started, so I wouldn't worry about it anyway.
Fact is, this site is primarily a place to write articles (Hubs), so if you just came here to join the forums, you wouldn't have got much out of it anyway.
It says under your name you have only made one forum post - this one. So I'm confused as to what you want to do. You can't delete forum posts, only hubpages staff can do that.
If you had a hub you could delete that.....but you don't.
If you want to close your account, follow these instructions: http://hubpages.com/faq/#closeaccount
HubPages is not a blogging website it's an article writing website, which is actually very user friendly...but if it's not what you were looking for......
Yes, I have in fact deleted a post b4 .. it has to be within a certain number of minutes though then the extra boxes will disappear.

I just got started in creating forum postings, and I thought I placed my first one into the correct category, but for some reason it ended up being sent to the wrong category. This may have occurred due to my editing it several times over and I didn't notice that the category may have changed...

This forum is a place for you to post hubs that you think are clearly of low quality and need flagging. Committed hubbers should follow this forum and check these hubs posted for quality when they have the time. If a hub has been clearly copied (for example from a PDF file that the plagiarism...

Out of all the sites I use, this site is the one I can most easily navigate and use; including the HubTool. I mean this seriously. It really is the only site that I can say I pretty much always have a good experience on in relation to getting around on the site and using its features.

There are a lot of us who haven't been feeling safe on the forums. They've felt stalked, harassed and browbeaten.Sadly, some folks go with the letter of the law, but not the spirit of it in their posts. For an excellent post on why we need Forum Moderators, check out what Makingamark says here...

I know we used to able to delete the comments capsule, but I can't find the delete button. Can we not anymore? I posted a Hub and don't want comments on this particular Hub. Any help would be appreciated!
